The Female Campus of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) held a condolence gathering on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the Seminar Room, Maryam Block. The gathering was arranged to offer Dua-e-Maghfirah and express condolences on the sad demise of the mother of Dr. Salma Seholel, the father of Dr. Saima Aslam, and the brother-in-law of Dr. Faryal Umbreen.
Faculty members and staff attended the session to pray for the departed souls. Heartfelt duas were offered for their forgiveness and for granting patience and strength to the bereaved families.

While addressing the gathering, Prof. Dr. Amna Mahmood, Incharge Female Campus, said:
“Losing a loved one is an irreparable loss. In these moments of grief, our hearts and prayers are with our respected colleagues. May Allah (SWT) shower His mercy upon the departed souls and grant them the highest place in Jannah. Let us stand united in support and empathy for one another during these difficult times.”
She also encouraged all faculty and staff to continue fostering a spirit of unity, compassion, and collective support within the campus community.
