The Faculty Board Meeting was held today, Monday, in seminar room of faculty of Usuluddin (Islamic Studies) of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) at New Campus, which was chaired by H.E. Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi, President of the university.
The board discussed research proposals of the MS and PhD scholars of different departments of faculty of Usuluddin. During the meeting, IIUI President stressed that research must be relevant to the needs of the society and students and scholars must be urged to explore new and advanced avenues in the field of research. Board members also issued relevant recommendations and suggestions for further improvements.
Prof Dr. Abdul Hameed Abbassi chairman, Mohi Uddin Islamic University (AJK) and Dr. Noor Hayat from Numl University attended the meeting as External members. Deputy Dean, Dr. Taj Afser, Prof Dr. Abdul Kareem Essa, Prof Dr. Haroon Ur Rashid and all Chairmen of the faculty attended the meeting as internal members of the Faculty board.
