Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed, Vice President Research & Enterprise, International Islamic University (IIU) chaired the meeting of the conveners of the sub-committee for 12th convocation of university.
The 12th convocation of IIU will be held on November 8th and 9th of this year.
The meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. N.B. Jumani, Vice President Administration and Finance, Prof. Dr. Abdur Rahman, Vice President Academics, conveners of the committees and relevant officers including directors and in-charges
In the meeting, the chair was briefed about the procedure and plans of the convocation. Various recommendations were made to make it a memorable and exquisite event. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed urged the conveners of the committee to plan a well-managed convocation. He was also apprised accordingly by different conveners on the overall progress and important points such as reservation of the venue, advertisement and registration of guests.
