On the Direction of Worthy President, International Islamic University (IIU), a visit of the Deans of the faculties was conducted to the newly established Cafeterias to have their feedback, input and suggestions.
The visit was conducted to three cafeterias including the one that has been launched in the female campus near Maryam block, the Cafeteria in front of C block at male campus and the Cafeteria near the male hostels no 4 .
The Deans were given briefing about the new set up, quality food provision, hygiene related measures, ambiance of the location, proper sitting for the students and dedicated dining area for the teachers. They were apprised that the locations have been designed in a food street pattern where students without any delay will have all the food items including fast food, BBQ, traditional food, salads and other cuisines. The Deans gave valuable suggestions about the further improvements and advised to keep in mind environment friendly measures to make these cafeterias ideal dining facilities as per international standards. The Deans appreciated the vision of Worthy IIUI President for students facilitation adding that such set ups were long awaited.he administration has also urged the students to cooperate with the new set ups as students’ facilitation and best food availability has been vowed by university. It was apprised that the administration will ensure that the staff of the cafeterias will not face any misbehaving attitude from the students and if any such occurrence happened strict action will be taken in this regard.
