THREE-DAY ISLAMIC TRAINING PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS HELD AT RDC (SINDH), KARACHI

Regional Dawah Center (RDC) Sindh, Karachi, in collaboration with the Dawah Academy, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) organized a “Three-Day Islamic Training Program for Teachers”. The training program, organized in partnership with Iqra Rozat-ul-Atfaal Trust, aimed to enhance the knowledge and teaching skills of educators in Islamic education.

In this training program Principals from 16 Campuses affiliated with Iqra Rozat-ul-Atfaal Trust participated, who actively engaged in discussions and workshops centered on various pertinent topics. Prominent subjects covered during the training included the fundamental concepts of Islam, modern teaching methodologies, fostering creativity in children, team management, Quranic studies, and the study of Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.).

During the program comprehensive lectures delivered by Dr. Syed Aziz ur Rahman, Professor Muhammad Saleem Mughal, Ms. Al-Haq Farooqui, Honorable Munir Ahmad Rashid, Farooq Edhi, Dr. Mahmood Ghaznavi, and Mufti Muhammad Khalid Bukhari who imparted their knowledge and expertise to the participants.

The workshop concluded with a closing ceremony where Maulana Mufti Khalid Mahmood, a renowned figure in the field of Islamic education and the guiding force behind the Iqra Rozat ul Atfaal Trust, graced the event as the chief guest. In his address, Maulana Mufti Khalid Mahmood expressed the significance of the training program and praised the expert mentors for sharing their lifetime experiences. He emphasized the importance of putting the gained knowledge into practice, highlighting the need to learn from the experiences of art experts. He expressed hope that the lectures and discussions during the program had enriched the participants’ educational capacities and knowledge.

During the concluding ceremony, Mufti Talha Munir, the Academic Coordinator of Iqra Ruzat Al-Itaf, expressed gratitude to the organizers from the Dawah Academy for conducting the training program. He acknowledged the Regional Dawah Center (Sindh), Karachi, as a valuable asset for the city and emphasized the continuous collaboration to benefit from its services.

Dr. Syed Aziz ur Rehman, the In-Charge of the Regional Dawah Center (Sindh), Karachi, highlighted the program’s objective to enhance the professional skills of teachers through contemporary teaching methods. He also briefed about the efforts of the Dawah Academy in promoting Islamic education and training across the country. On this occasion, Dr. Syed Aziz ur Rehman reiterated the center’s commitment to playing an active role in the Islamic training of professionals from various fields.

Dr. Shahzad Chana, Coordinator, RDC, Dawah Academy, extended his gratitude to all the distinguished guests and officials from Iqra Ruzat Al-Itaf Trust for their presence and support throughout the program. As a token of appreciation and recognition, participants were presented with a set of Dawah books and certificates, symbolizing their successful completion of the training program.
