President of Pakistan and Chancellor of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Dr. Arif Alvi offered Eid-ul-Fitr prayer at the Faisal Masjid in Islamabad on Saturday.
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwer, Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court ,Diplomats of Muslim countries, parliamentarians, renowned figures of society and a large number of citizens also offered prayer at Faisal Masjid. Officials of ICT Administration and Islamabad Capital Territory Police were also present on the occasion.
Later, the president prayed for the progress, prosperity and welfare of the country and the Muslim Ummah.
