The Board of Advanced Studies & Research (BASR-03) of the year 2023 was held at New Campus. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed, Vice President (R&E) of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) in the Council Hall of Administration Block.
On this occasion, Chair of the Meeting, Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed directed to focus academic excellence in research projects and urged to provide updated guidance regarding use of advanced research technologies to the research scholars keeping in view of societal needs.
The meeting was Prof. Dr. Ayaz Afsar, Vice President (Academics), Dean Faculty of Engineering and Technology / Secretary BASR, IIUI, Dr. Sohail Abdullah, In-Charge, Directorate of Graduate Studies (DGS), IIUI, Prof. Dr. Rehmat Elahi, Director QAD, Deans of the faculties and other relevant officials from Research Section (Examination) of the University.
During the meeting, the board discussed and analyzed synopses of PhD and MS students of Faculty of (Usuluddin) Islamic Studies, Faculty of Sciences, International Institute of Islamic Economics, IIIE, Faculty of Shariah and Law, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Sciences, IIUI.
