IIUI PRESIDENT HOLDS MEETING WITH IRI OFFICIALS

Dr. Hathal bin Homoud Al-Otaibi, President, International Islamic University (IIU) visited Islamic Research Institute (IRI) and chaired a meeting with Director General, IRI Dr. Muhammad Zia ul Haq, Heads of departments of institute and the faculty.
He visited the IRI historical gallery, Dr. Muhammad Hameed ullah Library, IRI Printing Press and Paigham-e-Pakistan Center.
On the occasion, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zia ul Haq, gave him a comprehensive presentation about the Historical background of the institute, its objectives, achievements and its role for the reconstruction of society and its future plan. Worthy President was also informed about the new initiatives related to Paigham-e-Pakistan.
On the occasion, President IIUI said that the university is working to enhance cooperation between the faculty and the constituent units. He told that professional training, teaching skills and KPIs are one of the prime priorities. The President, IIU said “I am very much happy to know about constructive activities of IRI”. He also showed keen interest in future goals and activities of the institute. IIUI President, while appreciating the role of IRI said that the institute was doing an excellent job and serving the nation in true spirit. The Worthy President ensured of his support for the institute and its activities. President IIUI also emphasized on hard work and dedication while he hoped that the university will be among top universities of the world in future.
