Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi , President, International Islamic University (IIU) has said that use of modern technology and latest communication tools can provide best results for Dawah. This he said during his visit to the Dawah academy of the university where he met with scholars and also was briefed by Director General of the Academy Dr. Muhammad Ilyas.
Dr. Hathal said that university is keen to adopt the modern learning techniques . He added that IIUI has already established its ODL platform of learning and dissemination of knowledge.
He furthered that same vision shall be applied by introducing new courses of Dawah. President IIUI opined that Dawah Academy has a vital importance in disseminating the true message of Islam that is all about peace and love for humanity.
He vowed that university through its new strategic plan and recent reforms shall be soon among the leading ranks of the world best universities. He appreciated the efforts of the scholars of the university adding that academic excellence, infrastructural development and promotion of research are the key priorities of the university.
