International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) secured second position in a Pakistan Quiz Competition organized by Information Service Academy, Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
The Competition was organized at Information Services Academy, Islamabad where Four teams were shortlisted to play the final round that included International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Federal Urdu University, and a team of Information Services Academy (ISA), Islamabad. ISA secured 1st position, IIUI marked the 2nd position, NUML secured 3rd position, and Federal Urdu University got 4th position. Congratulations to Team IIUI consisted of Mr. Kamran Khalid, Mr. Salman Khan, and Mr. Tayyab Iftikhar of Department of History & Pakistan Studies; whereas Dr. Zafar Ch., Assistant Professor of Education Department lead the contingent to ISA.
Efforts of Professor Dr. Zafar Iqbal, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences), Dr. Najeeb Ahmad (Chairman, Department of History & Pakistan Studies), and Dr. Tauqeer Hussain Sargana (Director Student Affairs) to mobilize and facilitate the Team IIUI were appreciated by the IIUI fraternity.
