COMMITTEE ON STREAMLINING MESS ACCOUNTS OF MEN’S HOSTELS  MEETS

A meeting of the committee on streamlining and updating the existing system of mess accounts at men’s hostels was held at new campus under the chairmanship of Mr. Noor Hussain , Incharge Finance.

The meeting was also attended by Dr. Zaheer Abbas , Chairman Department of Business (FMS), Dr. Shiekh Tariq Mehmood, Assistant Professor (FSS), Syed Asif Kamal, Additional Director (Electrical), Mr. Nasir Farid, Incharge (P&PR), Mr. Muhammad Bilal Awan , Deputy Director (Financial Audit), Maj.( R) Gohar Mehmood , Security Officer, Mr. Al-Hassan, Assistant Director P&PR and Umair Majeed, Assistant Director HRM/ Secretary.

The committee reviewed various matters related to the affairs of themes at men’s hostels. The chair and the members agreed that SoPs for maintaining transparency in the mess accounts shall be prepared. The committee also discussed various points for improvements in the existing system of mess accounts. It was also recommended that proper monitoring of the accounts shall be ensured.
