The Internship Desk disseminates the information and manages the placement of Undergraduate Students for volunteer work, paid and unpaid internships, applied field experiences, assisted and sponsored entrepreneurships along with outsourcing competent pool of IIUI students to national institutions, international organizations including Multi-national Corporations and Non-governmental Organizations to assist research and developmental projects. Moreover, the Interfaculty Coordination Desks of the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA) places Senior Undergraduate Students as “Internees” to establish its permanent liaison with the undergraduate students studying in 09 academic faculties with a purpose to expedite the information, involvement, and participation of students in the core areas of Undergraduate Students Office.
