The department of Anthropology (Female Campus) organized a workshop on Research in Social Sciences: Philosophy, Methodology and Methods.
The speakers delivered lectures on Ontology and Epistemology in Social Science, Social Science Research Approaches, Methodologies and Methods, Social Science Research Approaches, Methodologies and Methods and Liaison for Research and Publication.
The event was addressed by Dr. Noreen Saher, Chairperson, Department of Anthropology, Dr Nazia Iqbal and other permanent faculty members from department of Psychology and sociology.
At the end of the workshop, question answer session was conducted and comprehensive discussion was made on all the points highlighted by the participants. The participants termed the session as a very fruitful activity before the start of formal classes from September 21, 2020 in IIUI. This session was concluded with a resolve to launch another workshop on “ Research Data Analysis in Qualitative Research”.
