LINCOLN CORNER INTERNS AWARDED CERTIFICATES

Lincoln Corner, Central Library IIUI conducted the certificate distribution ceremony for volunteers of the project “friends of Lincolns corner” who completed their 6 months as a bridge between IIUI and US Embassy.

As many as 14 participants of the project were provided opportunities to excel in event management, counseling, coordination, Workshop, personality and  character building activities.

In the ceremony, The Counselor for Public Affairs, Robert Raines, Country Cultural Attache, Arlissa Reynolds from US Embassy, Vice President Higher Studies & Research, Prof Dr. Aqdas Naveed Malik and Chief Librarian, Sher Nowrooz Khan gave the certificates of competition which was held here at Lincoln Corner.

Earlier, students presented their major projects through Power Point presentation.

In his speech, Dr. Aqdas Naveed Malik stressed the students to share their knowledge and skills with other university fellows. He also extended his gratitude towards US Embassy Personnel for strong partnership with IIUI and encouraged them to bring more capacity development opportunities for students, researchers and faculty members of IIUI.
