A Training session on “Virtual Learning Environment” (VLE) was organized by the Department of Education Female Campus, Faculty of Social Sciences International Islamic 
University Islamabad (IIUI).
The major objective of this training session was to train the faculty members about Virtual Learning Environment, its effectiveness and usability for their professional development.
Mr. Imran Ullah Marwat Dy. Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of the university was the resource person of the training session.
He provided a comprehensive overview about all important features of Virtual Learning Environment i.e. teachers’ login, course registration, and teachers’ course evaluation on VLE.
All female faculty members of the Department of Education attended this valuable session. Chairperson Department of Education Dr. Samina Malik highly appreciated QEC for this initiative and hoped to extend cooperation in future as well.
Dr. Samina also hoped that faculty members using he VLE upload their courses for upcoming fall semester 2016 so that course monitoring and evaluation can be done through VLE in future.
