SITUATION VACANT
Applications are invited from qualified persons for the following positions:-

1. PROFESSOR/DIRECTOR (Quality Enhancement Cell) (BPS-21)

Ph.D from an HEC recognized Institution in the field of IT/Computer Science/ Statistics with 15-years teaching/research experience (at least 8-years post Ph.D experience) in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
OR
Ph.D degree in field of IT/Computer Science/Statistics with 10-years post-Ph.D teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience of supervising Quality Enhancement of a public sector university.

2. PROFESSOR/DIRECTOR (Institute of Professional Development/IPD) (BPS-21)

Ph.D from an HEC recognized Institution in any field of Social Sciences or Management Sciences with 15-years teaching/research experience (at least 8-years post Ph.D experience) in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
OR
Ph.D degree in any field of Social Sciences or Management Sciences with 10-years post-Ph.D teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience of supervising training institute in a public sector or reputed university.

3. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (URDU) (Female) BPS-20/TTS

A) REQUIREMENT FOR “BPS”

Ph.D in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 10-years teaching/research experience (at least 4-years post Ph.D experience) in an HEC recognized University or post graduate Institution or professional experience in relevant field in National or International Organization. Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
OR
Ph.D degree in relevant field with 5-Years post Ph.D teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.

B) REQUIREMENT FOR “TTS”

i) Ph.D from a recognized and reputable Institution in the relevant field;
ii) 6-years post-Ph.D experience  OR
    4 years post-Ph.D plus 6 years of professional experience before Ph.D
(3 years before Ph.D = one year post Ph.D in the relevant field) in a recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or International Organization;
iii) 10 research publications (with at least 4 publications in the past 5 years) in internationally abstracted journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on TTS by the HEC.

4. MASTER TRAINER/TRAINING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (IPD) (BPS-19)

M.Phil/MS preferably from recognized Foreign University, with at least 10 years experience in teaching and Project Management. Minimum 5-7 years experience of Tutoring, Training at National and International level and same number of years work experience at any International Chain of Schools.
