| All Boarders intending to
continue their hostel accommodation during
Spring-2010 Semester are advised to apply for
RENEWAL OF THEIR HOSTEL ALLOTMENT. |

| RENEWAL FORMS |
- Can be obtained from the Provost
Office, Room No. C-15, Faculty Block I
- Will be issued to the boarder
himself from 28-01-2010
to 10-02-2010 on displaying Hostel Card
- Can be submitted from 29-1-2010 to
10-2-2010 during 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m.
- Will not be accepted from any
student on
behalf of the other boarder.
- Tempering/over writing on Student
Name & Registration No. will make the form Invalid.

- Original Hostel Card
- 02 recent photographs (Size 1x1 inch
only)
- Original Bank Challan of paid Hostel
Dues.
- Payment Receipt of Mess dues OR
NOC from hostel concerned
- Attested copy of Course Registration
Form by the concerned Dean/HoD.
OR
- Attestation of course written on the
back of Hostel Form.
