President IIUI Meets Female Employees BPS 1–16, Assures Resolution of Issues

President International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, held an interactive meeting with female employees from BPS 1–16 and listened to their professional concerns and workplace-related issues.

At the beginning of the meeting, the President gave a general introduction to the participants, explaining his appointment as President of the University and outlining his mandate to address institutional challenges and improve governance. He highlighted his continuous efforts for the development and progress of the University.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed reiterated his commitment to institutional reform, stating that he had been entrusted with this responsibility to resolve long-standing issues faced by the University and its employees.

During the interaction, female employees shared concerns related to transport facilities, computing resources, and other significant matters affecting their daily work. The President acknowledged these issues and noted that most had already been identified and were being addressed in a phased manner.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed also briefed the participants on recent development initiatives undertaken by the University administration, including the issuance of employees’ financial backlogs. He emphasized that ensuring the satisfaction of grassroots employees remained his top priority, describing them as the backbone of the institution.

He further stated that employees demonstrating dedication and performance would be rewarded on a merit basis, adding that the administration was closely monitoring this process. Stressing professional ethics, the President urged employees to uphold dignity, discipline, and commitment during duty hours to support institutional progress.

The President assured the participants that every employee was important for the University and that their concerns were valued. On the occasion, female employees submitted written applications outlining their issues. To ensure effective follow-up, a committee was constituted to examine and resolve the submitted matters.
