IIUI Signs On-Panel Medical Agreements with Kulsoom International and Bilal Hospital

The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) has signed agreements with Kulsoom International Hospital and Bilal Hospital to provide on-panel medical treatment facilities to its employees, their dependents, students, and parents.

The signing ceremonies were held on Thursday at the university’s new campus, where the Director Administration, Dr. Inam ul Haq, signed the agreements on behalf of IIUI. Dr. Syed Muntazir Mehdi Zaidi, Administrator and Head of Operations at Kulsoom International, represented the hospital in the agreement, while CEO Bilal Hospital, Mr. Muhammad Imtiaz ud Din, signed the MoU for his respective institution.
Under the agreements, IIUI employees and their dependents will now be able to avail indoor, emergency, and planned medical treatment on a credit basis from both hospitals. The agreements also include subsidized rates and concessions for the university’s staff, students, and their parents.

The signing ceremony with Kulsoom International was also attended by Mr. Shaikh Hassan Tariq, Business Development Manager of the hospital, IIUI Director HRM, medical officers, and the Coordination Team led by Mr. Muhammad Bilal Awan, In-Charge Audit.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Mehdi termed the partnership with IIUI a valuable addition and expressed his hospital’s commitment to facilitating quality medical services.

Dr. Inam ul Haq lauded the efforts of In-Charge , Finance, Noor Hussain, Incharge, Audit Mr. Muhammad Bilal Awan and his team, team HRM and Medical team in making the initiative successful. He specially thanked Vice President Adminstration and Finance Prof. Dr. Abdur Raheman for his prudent supervision and support.

Later, a similar MoU was signed with Bilal Hospital, reaffirming IIUI’s resolve to extend medical benefits to its stakeholders.
Appreciating the development, Prof. Dr. Abdur Raheman commended the proactive role of the IIUI team and expressed hope that these agreements will ensure better healthcare support for university employees and their families.

The IIUI, in a series of such agreements, would also sign more MoUs with PAF Hospital and Shamshad Aslam Uppal Hospital.
