IIUI Holds Orientation Session for Newly Admitted Female Students – Spring 2026

The Directorate of Student Affairs (Female), International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), organized an orientation session for newly admitted female students of the Spring 2026 semester to familiarize them with the university’s academic environment, policies, and student support services.

The session was conducted for students of the Faculty of Management Sciences, Faculty of Arabic, and Faculty of Usuluddin. It began with a presentation on IIUI’s mission and vision, emphasizing the university’s commitment to academic excellence and Islamic values.

Student Advisor, Dr. Rukhsana Tariq, welcomed the students and briefed them on the academic structure of their respective faculties, key programs, and student support mechanisms. She highlighted important university policies, including the code of conduct and campus regulations, and shared details about the Spring 2026 student activities schedule. She also addressed students’ queries and offered guidance to help them successfully navigate their academic journey.

Representatives from various university departments, including the Students’ Advisor Office, Fee Section, Admission Section, Medical Center, Sports Office, Student Facilitation Center, Youth Development Center, and the Library, delivered informative presentations outlining the services and facilities available to students. Faculty members from the respective departments were also introduced, encouraging students to uphold the traditions and values of the Islamic University.

As part of the orientation, students were introduced to the university’s gymnasium facilities and were given a guided tour to observe fitness equipment and learn about sports and physical activities available on campus.

In her concluding remarks, Dr. Yasmeen Akhtar, Deputy Student Advisor, assured students that the student advisory team remains readily available to support them in addressing academic and personal challenges. She reaffirmed the university’s commitment to student success and expressed confidence that the students’ time at IIUI would be productive, enriching, and transformative.
