ARABIC CALLIGRAPHY COURSE COMMENCES AT FEMALE CAMPUS

An opening ceremony of the Arabic Calligraphy course was conducted in the Faculty of Arabic (Female Campus). In this course, “Kufic Calligraphy” will be taught by Dr. Moaid Fadhel, Associate Professor, Faculty of Arabic, while Dr. Robina Naz, Faculty of Arabic is Focal Person of this course.
 Dr. Moaid Fadhel, Associate Professor, Faculty of Arabic gave brief introduction to the participants regarding Arabic Calligraphy and its types. Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Nashi, attended a ceremony on behalf of Prof. Dr. Fazlullah, Dean, Faculty of Arabic. He spoke on the significance of Arabic Calligraphy and hoped that the participants will be highly benefited by the course.
After that, Dr. Samia Nazish, Incharge Faculty of Arabic formally welcomed all the guests. In her address, she briefed about the importance of course. She thanked Dr. Moaid Fadhel for his great efforts to conducting this course, and all the invited guests and participants for gracing the occasion by their solemn presence.
Dr. Sajida Jameel, Incharge Dar Munira thanked the Faculty of Arabic (female campus) for organizing such a great and unique course for students, she highly appreciated the efforts, contributions, spirit, and creative efficiency all the way, and wished for successful ending. This ceremony was attended by a number of students hailing from various departments.
