The 73rd meeting of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) Investment Committee was held at the Office of the President, Faisal Masjid Campus, under the chairmanship of the President IIUI.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Hassan Aftab, Director HRM/ Acting Vice President (Administration & Finance), IIUI, as Member of the Investment Committee; Mr. Muhammad Arif, Senior Joint Director (R), State Bank of Pakistan, as Member of the Investment Committee, Dr. Abdul Rashid, Director General IIEE, IIUI, as Co-opted Member and Director Finance Mr. Ayaz Ali.
The session was also attended on special invitation by Mr. Feras Fahad A. Al-Hussain, Advisor to the President IIUI on Financial Affairs, and Mr. Abdulaziz Abdulrahman M. Bin Hudaib, Additional Director to the President IIUI.
During the meeting, the minutes of the 72nd meeting along with the implementation report were presented, while the minutes of the previous meeting were formally endorsed.
On the occasion, the Chairman of the Investment Committee was briefed on the investment plan for the upcoming financial years, whereas new investment proposals were also discussed and finalized.
The meeting concluded with deliberations focused on prudent financial planning and effective utilization of the university’s resources in line with IIUI’s institutional objectives.
