INVITING TENDER

The International Islamic University, Islamabad invites sealed tenders on items rate basis from reputed and well established Contractors having experience in relevant field to undertake following jobs at New Campus, Sector H-10, Islamabad.

Complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested firms on submission of a written application along with a copy of certificate of registration of firm, certificate of registration with income tax department, and upon payment of a non refundable cost of documents as mention above. Tenderer may acquire the Tender Documents from the office of the Deputy Director (Civil), (Telephone No. 9257971) at New Campus, Sector H-10, Islamabad during office hours from 08.30 to 1430 hours on all working days except Friday. No tender would be issued on the day of opening of the bids.

The bid will be received in the Office of the Director (P&P) Faisal Mosque Campus, on May 27, 2008 up to 1100 hours and will be open on same date at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.

The University reserves the right to accept any or reject all bids without assigning any reason thereof.
